1. Who we are

FrontReady, a brand of ART BY AATHIRA, a sole proprietorship registered in India ("FrontReady", "we", "us"). Our postal address and phone are on our contact page. You can reach us at support@frontready.tech. "You" means the business owner, or the person with authority to act for the business, who requests a preview or buys from us.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover our free website previews, the Launch Package, the optional extras sold with it and paid edits after launch. When you request a preview, sections 3, 14, 16 and 18 apply. When you tick the box on your claim page and approve your site, all of these terms apply, together with our refund policy, delivery policy and privacy policy.

3. Free previews

We may build a preview website for your business from information that is already public, such as your Google Business Profile, or from details you send us.
A preview is free. You owe nothing for it and you don't have to buy anything.
Previews live at a private link, carry a banner saying they are not live, and are hidden from search engines.
Previews use stand-in images that match your trade. We do not copy photos from your Google listing or anyone else's.
Previews come down after 21 days. Ask us and we take yours down within one business day.
We may decline to build a preview, for example when we already build for another business in your trade and town, or for a trade we don't serve yet.

4. The Launch Package

For $497 you get:

a website of up to 5 pages (Home, Services, About, Gallery and reviews, and Contact with a quote form), designed for phones first;
a domain registered in your name, with SSL, for the first year;
a quote or contact form that sends each request to your email;
an email address at your domain that forwards to an inbox you already use;
setup of Google Search Console, an analytics property, a sitemap and local business structured data;
a short how-to for linking the site from your Google Business Profile;
2 rounds of changes within the launch window (section 6);
publishing within 48 hours of your final approval (section 7);
hosting at no monthly cost (section 9);
one promo video reel for social media, made from your listing (see "Promo reels" below).

Optional extras, if you tick them at checkout: City pages pack (5 service-area pages) ($197), 10 promo video reels from your rating, services, towns and reviews ($197), Search visibility setup (Google, Bing and AI search) ($49). Online stores, customer logins, booking systems, blog writing, paid advertising, photography and new pages beyond those listed are not included. We can quote them separately.

Website + Growth ($799) is the Launch Package together with 10 promo reels, the city pages pack and the search visibility setup, for less than buying them one by one.

The search visibility setup ($49) registers your site with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools under our accounts, sends every page to IndexNow, and keeps your site open to AI search crawlers. It helps search engines find your site sooner. It does not promise a ranking, a position or a number of visitors: search engines decide those, and a new site usually takes weeks to months to appear for the searches that matter. It is refunded with your website.

Promo reels

The promo reel pack is 10 short videos for $197, made from your rating, services, towns and the reviews you choose.
We deliver reels within 2 business days of your payment, or of you sending the reviews you want in them.
Each reel, the free one included, gets one change if needed, asked for within 14 days of delivery. A change covers the words, which review is shown, the voice, the music or the colors, picked in a short form. A new topic is a new reel, not a change.
Reviews in a reel are ones you choose and paste in yourself, and you confirm they are genuine reviews of your business.
Reels are not refundable once delivered. If we fail to deliver them, we refund them. The free reel stays yours even if your website is refunded (section 12).

5. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. You pay the full price, including any extras, when you approve your site. There are no instalments and no subscription.
Payment is taken by our payment provider through its secure checkout. Its terms also apply to the payment, and the charge may show its name or ours on your statement. We never see or store your full card number.
If tax applies to your purchase, the checkout shows it before you pay.
Paying is your approval of the site as shown, subject to the changes and refund rights below.

6. Changes and the launch window

The launch window is the 14 days that start on the day you pay. The same days are your refund window (section 12).
Within it you get 2 rounds of changes. A round is one set of changes sent together, by voice note, text or email. We usually turn a round around within 2 business days and send you a new link.
Changes must fit the package: wording, photos, services, towns, colors, contact details and the order of things are all fine. New features or extra pages are quoted separately.
We also fix anything that doesn't work as described during the launch window, at no charge.
If we haven't heard from you by day 14, we email you, wait 2 business days, then publish the latest version and close the job.

7. Going live

We publish your site within 48 hours of your final approval. If a step needs something from you, such as choosing a domain, confirming an email or giving us access to a domain you already own, the clock pauses until we have it. What counts as "delivered" is set out in our delivery policy.

8. Your domain

We register a new domain in your name through our registrar account. The first year is included in the price.
Renewal is due once a year from the second year. We bill it at cost (about $10 to $11 a year for a .com; other endings can cost more) and remind you at least 30 days before it's due. You can also move the domain to your own registrar account.
Registry rules may block a move to another registrar for up to 60 days after a domain is registered. We move it as soon as the rules allow.
If a renewal goes unpaid after our reminders, the domain may lapse and the site would stop working on it.
If you already own a domain, it stays yours. You give us access to its settings, or follow our short steps, so we can point it at your site.

9. Hosting

We host your site on Cloudflare's free plan, in our account, at no monthly cost to you. That hosting is subject to Cloudflare's terms, and Cloudflare's free plan comes with no uptime guarantee, so neither do we.
After your 14 days we don't monitor your site or promise uptime, and later changes or fixes are paid edits (section 13).
Your handover pack (section 10) shows how to move the site to your own free Cloudflare account or any other host.
We may suspend a site that is used for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and we tell you why.

10. Who owns what

Once you've paid, your domain is yours outright, and so are your business's words, details, logo and photos on the site.
The site's design and code are built from our own templates, which we use for other businesses too. We give you a permanent, royalty-free licence to use, copy, change and host your site's design and code anywhere, for your business.
On day 15 after you pay, once your refund window has closed, we send your handover pack: the complete site files (a zip that runs on any host), your content in one file, the images with their licence notes, and the font licences; a "what's yours" guide to your domain, hosting and forms; and short tutorials: change your text, hours and phone; add photos; move the site to any host, including your own free Cloudflare account; renew your domain; link your Google profile; post your reels.
You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us (photos, logos, text), and you let us use it to build, host and fix your site.
Stand-in images we supply are licensed for use on your site. Replace them with your own whenever you like.
We may show your finished site in our examples only with your written OK.

11. One business per trade per town

Once a business in a trade claims its site in a town, we stop building previews and sites for its competitors in that trade and town while that site is live with us. This covers our own work only. It doesn't stop anyone else, and it isn't an exclusive territory of any other kind.

12. Refunds

We refund your website in full when you ask within 14 days of the day you paid, whether it is live yet or not. It is the same window as your changes (section 6).
City pages are refunded with your website, because they come down with it.
Promo reels are not refundable once delivered; reels we never delivered are refunded.
A refund of Website + Growth returns $602: the package less the promo reels.
After a refund your site comes down from our hosting.

13. After the launch window

When the launch window closes the job is complete. The site is yours as delivered and keeps running with no monthly fee. We don't monitor it or fix later problems, and we give no notice period for anything that changes on Cloudflare's side. If you want help after that, it's a support week, $97 for 7 days of changes, fixes and questions, or a $49 single change, agreed by email before we start. You don't have to buy any.

14. What we don't promise

We build sites that search engines can read easily, but we can't promise rankings, calls, leads or sales. Nobody honestly can.
Your site depends on services we don't control, such as Cloudflare, domain registries, email providers and Google. We pick reliable ones and fix what's ours to fix, but we can't promise they'll never fail.
Previews are built from public information that can be out of date. Check your preview before you approve it.

15. Your responsibilities

Tell us the truth about your business. Claims on your site, such as licences, insurance, years in business or prices, are yours, and you confirm they're accurate.
Follow the laws that apply to your business and to how you answer the requests your site brings in.
Reply to our emails during the launch window so we can finish on time.

16. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

17. Disputes and chargebacks

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems are fixed within a day, and a refund under our refund policy is faster than a card dispute. If we can't sort it out by email within 30 days, either of us may take the matter further as set out in section 18.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either of us may bring a claim in a small claims court where it qualifies. These terms don't take away any rights you have under the laws of your own state.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one you accepted on your claim page; we record which version that was. New versions apply only to new previews and purchases.

21. Businesses in India

A business in India pays in rupees: the website is ₹9,999 (18% GST included), and a support week is ₹1,999. The price follows where your business is, not where you browse from.
We send a GST invoice. Give us your GSTIN when you pay and it goes on the invoice. If we refund you, a credit note comes with the refund.
