Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

FrontReady, a brand of ART BY AATHIRA, a sole proprietorship registered in India. Our postal address and phone are on our contact page. We decide how the information described here is used. Questions go to support@frontready.tech.

2. What we collect

Public business information

To build previews, we collect details that businesses publish about themselves: business name, trade, service area, phone number, opening hours, Google rating and review count, a link to the Google Business Profile, and a business email address that the business has published, with the page where we found it. We don't collect review text or copy photos from Google listings.

What you send us

• Preview requests: your Google Business Profile link or business name and town, your trade, your email, and, if you choose, your mobile number, style choice, notes, the names of files you pick and a voice note.
• Your claim: the extras you choose, your acceptance of our terms with the date, time and terms version, and your approval of your site. We keep this as a record of the sale.
• Change requests: what you type and any voice notes you record.
• Payment: our payment provider handles your card or account details. We receive the payment confirmation, your name, email, the amount and the extras bought, not your full card number.

Technical information

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the service secure and working. If you arrived from one of our ads, we keep the link's campaign tags and the ad click code that came with it.

3. How we use it

• to build your preview and email you the link;
• to deliver, host and support the website you buy, including domain registration in your name;
• to take payment, keep records of the sale and meet tax and accounting rules;
• to answer your questions and handle refunds;
• to keep our service secure and stop abuse;
• to measure which of our ads lead to requests and sales, with Meta (section 5).

We use software, including AI writing and speech-to-text tools, to draft website copy from public business details and to turn voice notes into change lists. A person reviews every site before it goes live.

4. Emails and texts

• If we emailed you first about a preview, we used a business email address you had published. Every email we send names us, includes our postal address and has a working unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribes within 10 business days and keep a do-not-email list so we don't contact you again.
• If you request a preview, we send your link and up to 3 short follow-ups. Unsubscribe at any time.
• We text you only if you ask us to, and only about your preview or your site. We never send automated marketing texts.

5. Who helps us

We share information only with service providers who help us run FrontReady, and only what they need:

• website and preview hosting, and domain registration (such as Cloudflare and Vercel);
• our database and file storage providers;
• our email sending provider;
• our payment provider;
• AI writing and speech-to-text providers that process copy drafts and voice notes for us.

Meta, for our ads

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When you ask for a site, start a checkout or pay, our server tells Meta that it happened. With it go the ad click code from the link you arrived by, your IP address and browser type, and your email address, phone number and our random visit id, each turned into a one-way code (hashed) before it leaves us. For a checkout or a payment we add the amount. Meta matches this with its own records to tell us which ads worked and to show our ads to people more likely to want a website. Meta uses it under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

We don't sell personal information. What we send Meta may count as sharing for advertising under some US state privacy laws. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

• Previews that aren't claimed come down after 21 days, and we delete their content within 90 days.
• Preview requests from people who don't buy: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Customer and sales records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 8 years.
• Voice notes: deleted 90 days after your launch window closes.
• Our do-not-email list: kept for as long as we send email, so we can keep honoring your choice.
• The IP address and browser type we note when you open a checkout, for Meta: deleted from our records once the checkout is paid, expires or is cancelled. What Meta receives, Meta keeps under its own policy.

7. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to take down a preview. Email us from the address involved, or tell us how to verify you, and we answer within 45 days (usually much sooner).

If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have these rights under that law, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for using your rights. We don't sell personal information. To opt out of what we send Meta (section 5), turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser before you ask for a site or pay.

If you are in India, you have the rights the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you, including the right to correct or erase your data and to withdraw consent. Send requests and complaints to the email above; our grievance officer is named in our terms.

8. This website

• This site doesn't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. What Meta learns about a request or a payment comes from our server, as section 5 explains.
• It sets one first-party cookie that holds a random visit id, kept for up to 13 months, so we can count visits and know which version of a page you saw. It holds nothing else about you and is never shared.
• Our own server records simple page events, such as the pages you view and the buttons you use, with that visit id. No outside analytics company sees them.
• If you type your business name on our pages, your browser keeps it in its own local storage so the sign remembers it. It stays on your device unless you send a form. Clear it any time by clearing site data in your browser.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, keep access to customer data to the people and services that need it, and use providers with strong security practices. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

10. Where data is processed

FrontReady is run from India, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as this policy describes.

11. Children

FrontReady is a service for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
